Trade questions
Who can apply for agent access?
Registered travel agencies, tour operators, MICE organisers and travel advisors. We verify trade registration or a trading licence before issuing net rates and sample programmes.
What are your payment terms for agencies?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due 30 days before the first service day. We invoice in USD or CNY, and for group and MICE files we agree a schedule with you in writing at the proposal stage.
Do you operate under our brand?
For most files we operate white-label: your documents, your client contact, our vehicles and guides. For some protected sites and permits, the local operator's name must appear on documentation β we tell you up front when that applies.
How quickly do you quote?
Standard requests are quoted within one working day; complex multi-region or MICE files within 2β3 working days. Urgent same-day quotes are possible when supplier desks are open.
Can you handle visa invitation letters for our clients?
Yes β tourist, business and student invitations, with a checklist tailored to the embassy your client applies at, and corrections at no extra charge if the embassy asks for changes.
