Students learning together on a China study expedition

Study & learning expeditions

Learn China, not just visit it

Language programmes, school exchanges, university short courses and cultural immersions β€” designed with teachers and parents, and delivered with the paperwork that makes them actually happen.

  • School-friendly planning
  • Safeguarding aware
  • Curriculum aligned

01

A programme, not just travel

Learning objectives drive the itinerary: classroom hours, guided fieldwork, workshops and reflection sessions are built into the days.

02

Universities and schools

We arrange short courses, campus visits and exchanges with partner institutions, with invitation letters for participants.

03

Homestay and campus stays

Choose student residences, hotels or vetted homestay families, with the supervision ratio your institution requires.

04

Teacher support

Risk outlines, rooming lists, per-student invoicing and one coordinator for the group leader β€” the admin side is handled.

How it works

Four steps from first message to arrival

  1. 01

    Share your cohort

Tell us the age group, number of students, subject focus, dates and any curriculum requirements.

  2. 02

    Receive a programme

We outline daily learning blocks, fieldwork, cultural activities, accommodation options and a per-student cost.

  3. 03

    Confirm and document

We issue invitation letters and confirmations for visas, and agree supervision, safety and payment plans.

  4. 04

    Deliver the programme

Teachers receive a printed programme and contact sheet; students get structured days with clear learning outcomes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide teachers or only travel logistics?

Both. We work with partner institutions for language and subject teaching, and can build a programme around your own teachers travelling with the group.

Can you support visa applications for a whole group?

Yes. We issue invitation letters and the supporting documents schools usually need, and provide a checklist per student.

How do you handle safety?

Each programme includes a risk outline, 24/7 coordinator contact, licensed vehicles, vetted accommodation and agreed check-in routines with the group leader.

Is it possible for a family or small group?

Yes. Family study trips combine language lessons, cultural workshops and sightseeing for two to six participants.

When should we start planning?

For school terms, six to nine months ahead is ideal β€” especially for homestays, campus accommodation and large groups.
