We help arrange factory tours, supplier meetings and partner introductions, working to the calendar your industry actually keeps.

02

Events and incentives

Conference venues, breakout rooms, gala dinners, team-building and speaker logistics for groups of 10–300.

03

Interpretation and documents

Business interpreters, simultaneous interpretation equipment and invitation letters for visa applications.

04

Delegation care

Airport meet-and-greet, executive vehicles, hotel rooming lists and a coordinator on call for the whole programme.

How it works

Four steps from first message to arrival

  1. 01

    Brief us

Share the purpose, headcount, cities, dates and any companies or sectors you want to meet.

  2. 02

    Receive a programme

We propose a schedule with meeting slots, venues, transport and cost per delegate.

  3. 03

    Confirm logistics

Invitation letters, hotel contracts, interpretation and ground transport are locked in and documented.

  4. 04

    On the ground

A coordinator and interpreters travel with the delegation so agendas stay on time and follow-ups are captured.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you arrange meetings with specific factories?

We approach the companies you name and suggest comparable alternatives in the same sector. Access depends on the company, so we always offer a plan B.

Do you provide interpreters?

Yes β€” consecutive interpretation for meetings and factory visits, plus simultaneous equipment when the session size requires it.

Can you host a 200-person conference?

We regularly handle events from 10 to a few hundred delegates, including venue sourcing, room blocks, catering and registration support.

How do visas work for a delegation?

We issue business invitation letters and advise each delegate on documents; some nationalities also need an appointment at a visa centre, which we help coordinate.

Can you invoice our company directly?

Yes. We invoice companies in USD or CNY with the detail your finance team requires, including separate service and logistics lines.
