- Attraction tickets, meals and accommodation are quoted separately so you only pay for what you use.
- Cancellations more than seven days before the first service day are refunded in full for the guide and car portion.

Frequently asked questions
How is the daily rate calculated?
Each vehicle class and guide tier has a published daily rate. We add a 20% service fee for coordination, and when a vehicle and guide are booked together on the same days the vehicle portion is charged at 70% of its daily rate.
Are entrance tickets included?
No. Tickets are bought separately so you only pay for what you visit; we can pre-book timed entries such as the Forbidden City or Terracotta Army on request.
Can the car cross between cities?
Yes. Cross-city and multi-day journeys are quoted with a transfer supplement covering the driver's return and any overnight costs, shown as an add-on in your estimate.
What happens if our day runs long?
Vehicle and guide day services each include 8 hours. Extra vehicle or guide hours are charged at CNY 200 per hour, shown line by line in your confirmation and in the online estimate.
Is there a mileage limit?
Vehicle day service includes 100 km per day. Beyond that, extra distance is charged at CNY 15 per kilometre. Highway, bridge and other toll fees are not included and are settled at cost.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — tell us the ages in your enquiry and we will fit appropriate child or booster seats at no extra cost.
