How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day (Monday–Saturday, China Standard Time). Urgent on-trip matters sent by WhatsApp are usually answered within a couple of hours.
Is there a fee to enquire?
No. Planning, questions and quotes are free — you only pay when you decide to book a service.
Which language can I write in?
English is our working language; we also handle enquiries in Chinese, and can bring in Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese or Korean colleagues where needed.
Where is your team based?
Our travel designers and operations team are based in Shanghai, China, with local guides and partners across the country.
