Many China visa categories need an invitation from a host in China. Our visa service is one inseparable package — free independent travel itinerary planning plus the invitation letter — and you add the travel service you actually need: round-trip airport transfers, an English-speaking guide by the day, or a car with driver. It is a real travel package, which is exactly what makes the letter credible to the embassy.

We operate the trip: licensed guides, cars with drivers, hotels and on-the-ground support. That is why our invitation carries weight at the embassy instead of looking like a bought document.

Itinerary planning and the invitation letter are prepared as one service (USD 200), then you choose one add-on: round-trip airport transfers (USD 80), an English-speaking guide (USD 250/day) or a car with driver quoted on GuideCar rates.

Most refusals come from mismatched details. Two people check your passport spelling, dates and itinerary against the letter before it is issued — usually within 1-3 working days after payment.

If the embassy asks for another document or a correction, we produce it. Trip booked with us? Your transfers, guide and itinerary are already arranged for arrival.

No. The letter is only issued as part of our visa service package — itinerary planning plus the invitation letter (USD 200) — together with one add-on travel service (round-trip airport transfers, an English-speaking guide, or a car with driver). Chinese travel agencies issue invitations for real inbound travel, and that is what keeps the document credible.
Package A is USD 280 all-in: itinerary planning, the invitation letter and round-trip airport transfers (arrival plus departure, economy 5-seat). Package B is USD 200 plus USD 250 per guide day (8 hours per day, overtime USD 30/hour). Package C is USD 200 plus a car with driver quoted on GuideCar rates.
If your travel service order with ChinaMira is USD 3,000 or more — a custom tour, business visit, study trip or group tour — the whole visa service package fee (USD 200) is waived automatically. You only pay for the add-on travel service.
Passport name, nationality, passport number, planned travel dates, purpose of visit and your contact email. We do not ask for a passport scan in the form.
We review what the embassy requested and provide the missing document or a corrected letter. Visa decisions themselves remain with the embassy.
