Good to know
- Prices are quoted in USD per person; a deposit secures your dates, with the balance due 30 days before travel.
- We do not book international flights unless you ask us to include them in the plan.
- High-season dates (April–May, September–October, Chinese New Year) fill 3–6 months ahead.
- Vegetarian, halal, gluten-free and allergy requirements are handled — just tell us early.

How much does a tailored China journey cost?
Most private journeys run from around USD 250–450 per person per day in three- to four-star hotels, and USD 400–800 in luxury properties, depending on region, season and group size. We always show the price breakdown before you commit.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go?
No. Many travellers arrive with only a rough idea, a date range and a few interests. Our designers suggest routes, then refine them with you.
Can you work with families and mixed-age groups?
Yes. We adjust daily driving times, add rest afternoons, choose hotels with connecting rooms and design activities that keep children and grandparents equally happy.
What if we need to change the plan mid-trip?
Your guide and advisor can rework days on the road where tickets and permits allow. We absorb small scheduling changes and tell you upfront if a change carries a cost.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months is comfortable for peak seasons, and two months is usually workable in quieter months. For specific hotels or festival dates, earlier is better.
